Karius & Associates is seeking colleagues with the following skill bases:

• Established skills and history in seminar facilitation
• Various Major Post-Secondary Training
• Mediation Training
• Counselling/Personal Therapy Training

Karius & Associates is willing to join with colleagues who are developing or have developed topic specific seminars.

Colleagues who are joining with Karius & Associates will be required to be involved in an interview process.

Colleagues who are contracted or employed by Karius & Associates will be required to be involved in a three month review and goal setting process.

Colleagues who are joining with Karius & Associates will be required to assist in making business proposals and working with old and new contacts to increase seminar production through Karius & Associates.

Only proposals and colleagues which fit into the overall goal plan and worldview of Karius & Associates will be considered.
